A healthy living is not always incorporated with the fresh foods that can be bought in the supermarkets and sari-sari stores. But the question there is that, “Is there any food that I can possibly choose which assures quality in an affordable price?”

In this case, my answer will be yes, why? Maybe you’ll be having a second thought with this idea but I do believe that this will change your oldest belief of saving money while ignoring food you did not try before. It’s true also that high-expense food can be nutritious, yet if you’ll be given a chance to try another that fits on your budget but guarantees healthy living, what would you choose?

Before we buy our basic needs, there are standards that are already stored in our minds, and of course questions that aim to satisfy what we wants such as: “Sigurado bang de-kalidad yan?, Ano bang meron yan na wala sa iba, may pinag-kaiba ba? Ano namang pakinabang ang makukuha ko diyan?” These questions are the basis of selecting products to be used every day; likewise the product should have answers that are visible and helpful to the consumers like me.

With all the standards in our brain before we decide to buy a thing, what count most is the benefits of that product not only to our savings, but to our health in particular. Sabi nga ng iba, hindi na baleng naghihirap basta wala lang sakit ang pamilya, these few words really need to pay attention. In line with this, consumers are expecting lots of benefits that make them prone to any kind of diseases, mostly especially fatal diseases like heart disease and cancer.

Suffering from heart disease nowadays is almost consider as a lifetime ill that will never be cured, it will surely throw all the money you’d saved for the expenses in the near future. It covers almost half of your budget per month since a patient needs to undergo several check-ups, medicines for maintenance are too expensive, and expenses for the hospitalization. Maybe you have doubt right now why I know all these things…Yes, I understand that you’re doubtful but I, my self is a living witness because my father belongs to the victims of this deadly disease. With the suffering of my father, I am the one who feels double of his pain. Since his the best father we have, we are all wishes and praying that his pain ends.
