Enjoy a healthy life at far less expense!

HEALTHY LIFE AT A CHEAPER COST

Health among the top considerations is the most important whatever the case maybe, there’s no excuse in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. With regards to health, foods are always flashing on one’s mind but the situation today is the reverse of what is expected. Does the situation today is a paradox of what should exist?

Healthy life is the basic needs of each and every one following to education, it should not be neglected. The only question is that, are the foods you’re eating are health friendly? Well, this article will teach you foods that you can choose and what should be avoided yet the decision is always on your hand.

After introducing you the quality of Omega-3 fatty acid on my previous blogs, it’s now time for you to know the sources of this nutrient. Based on the studies, the primary sources of Omega-3 are fish, and species of fishes that contains high concentration of Omega-3 are salmon, herring, mackerel, anchovies, and sardines. Tuna is also a source of this fatty acid but of lesser amount. Second to the list is the flaxseed or commonly known as linseed that produces plant oil which also contains high Omega-3. Finally, some other sources of Omega-3 fatty acid are meat, eggs, milk, cheese, walnuts, algae, as well as vegetables and fruits like broccoli and strawberries.

With the sources of Omega-3 mentioned above, what do you prefer? Of course there are people who are choosy and there are people who do not eat vegetable (so I am) and they prefer meat, but what about the calories, is your heart safe? Maybe, you have doubt because that thing is threatening especially if some of the family members have heart complications. If hate veggies and meat is not good for health, what will be your choice? It’s none other than fish, the topmost source of Omega-3. But what is the most affordable and convenient fish? There the sardines come along; you can enjoy fish that are fresh as the fishes you can buy in the market at less expense in an easiest way.

As what they always say, “tamang pagpili ang kailangan upang sa huli’y hindi pagsisihan,” this only means that whatever you choose today, that would be your choice forever. Remember that there’s no harm in trying, try to think and decide the best among the things you’ve seen and tasted. In such that, every mistake you did counts for a better health just like life, sometimes you have to be hurt before you learn.
